Track Closed 2day 4-10-11

I spoke 2 Eric the track manager & he said the track got 2 messed up 2 race 2day after the winds yesterday, it messed up the VHT they layed down on Fri.

they open today????^^^^yep well my injector seals are here in el paso i hope i get them tomorrow and no more boost leaks finally but if the track is open tomorrow i will be their on my red gst

Yes it was open like 20+ cars racing.... Usuall army mustangs, camaros, bikes[dude fell off his cbr..... ] 1 evo some SRTs..... Oh and what I think was a red supercharged titan ...... Ima try and make it out Sunday

well i didnt see any dsm's at the track i was the only one well i did a 14.71 at 106mph at 13psi crappy reaction time im going next sunday so i can time with good tires hopefully drag radials and hit 13.9-14.1 ill post a video later on tonight

the good thing is that some mustang guys were talking sh1t in my first run ### i did a 15.9 at 98mph at 6psi so when i ran him i was at the light he saw me turning up the boost he changed his face from laughing to serious face haha so he jump and i won he wanted to race me again so i turned my boost up to 13psi and ran that 14.71 he did a 14.69 and said nice race said hi and everything

^^^ i went too, it was a freaking mustang fest there yesterday . it was my first time running at the track and my best time was a 14.9 but kept getting constant 16s :/ i wasnt launching or anything just trying to get to get used to the track so well see how it goes next time.

i raced an s2k sat. night from a stop and a roll and i lost only by a car or two though. My convertible is just to heavy i think. Then my cousin in his gsx raced a z24 cavalier haha it was too funny! My cousin just put in a new clutch and flywheel and hasnt launched his car in forever he kept bogging his launch. Then his tps sensor kept unhooking we still won but it was hilarious. But can you believe he made me race the s2k?? He was being a chicken jk

did you leave early? i got their at 9:20 and they closed at 10.... yeah i know it was my first time at the track with a fwd too i would start all slow ... but im going to the track next sunday with drag radials if i can find them if not ima get some slicks this week

If you're talking about sunday i left at around 910. im definately going back next sunday constant mid 15's and flat 16's are not acceptable. i should be doing mid 14's but ill try to get my launching going this week and ill see what i can do. oh and i know how to take a loss but i was a bit upset a damn type r hatch with full bolt ons beat me by 1/10th of a second.... i had a really slow reaction but the guy didnt want to race again.

Not bad. You're going to want to lower that launch though. Way too much spin. Remember this is FWD, not AWD . I usually launch between 3500 and 4000.

^^^yeah thats what i did my last run at 3500rpm's and launched at half throttle and clocked 14.7 at 106mph at 12psi, so sunday im going to try just butterflying the gas pedal all first and second them my second run will be with slicks
