ecu clicks at high rpm!

ok heres what ive got.the ecu in my car clicks like its cutting on and off when i reach high rpm 5500 or so and my car will jerk violently.ive TRIED 3 different ECUS same thing happens,it will run fine for a few weeks under hard acceleration then one day out of the blue it comes back.ive checked all 3 ecus they look in excellent shape tried changing caps in one still same result.thats problem one

when it has rained for along time my car grumbles and throws a CEL 44 ign just for a short time then it goes away,not sure if that has something to do with my ecu or not.

also my car has recently started surging at idle my ISC has 126ohms resistance between prongs 2 and 3. the rest read around 30ohms so i know my ISC is bad could this cause my ecu probs..

i checked the spark plugs they look brownish red in color after a hard run.

my mods include boost set at 14psi ,kandn filter, 3inch exhaust from o2 back,FPR,
magnacore spark plug wires

i have a new o2 sensor and fuel filter on the car

PLEASE HELP ME i want to keep my car but little things like this are driving me crazy and make me think about selling it

The cutting out at full throttle isn't ecu if you have tried three of them.It happens to me when I am too rich and hit fuel cut.Maybe you are hitting fuel cut?Also my car did spit and do weird things full throtlte when plugs were blowing out the spark.Change to new plugs and maybe wires.They are 5 minutes to do and could be your problem.Also lower boost and see if it still cuts out.
