Resolved ECM Tuning

Does anybody know of a way to contact ECM Tuning in Frederick, MD, other than email? I have put getting my 90 GSX restoration on hold because I am waiting to hear back from them. I sent them emails, but I am figuring they are extremely busy. They do not take phone calls, they have on their site that it is just through emails. The company offers local pickups, so I am thinking about just heading there. The site also says by appointment only, so I don't want to make a wasted trip.

What email you using? I've never had a issue with communication from them. Unless they are out of town for a race event maybe?

I went on their site and used the contact us page. It supposedly sends to them from the site. I believe it is:
