eclipse gsx sputtering at low rpm's

I've searched and I've searched and i can not find the problem. My built Gsx sputters at low rpm 3100 and lower. It hesitates on take off and sputters until i go pass 3100. Any help would be appreciated. Also its a 6 bolt swap

You got a tune done to your car? What are your spark plug gaps to and what type brand are they?

Do you have a wideband to see what your Afr's are doing? Also check for small boost leaks.

I drive a 95 GS, I have a similar problem with the car but its a N/A 420A. I had some problems with the car last week and while my girlfriends dad and I were taking care of it he questioned me while it was running if the car just stalls out while sitting at a red light and yes it does. I have replaced my fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, and plug wires. He took a deeper look at it and says I may have an injector problem(which we have not tested yet to make sure of). If i try to take off it just spits and sputters till I reach about 3000rpms. Check there along with the fuel pump might have a cylinder dropping out at low rpms(I do, but it will catch up at higher rpms).
