Eclipse gs-t wing on talon

i am trying to put a gst wing on my talon esi and was wonderiing on how dificult it would be to do this, and what would need to be done. dont know if i have to make new holes in the truck, and plug in the existing ones from the esi wing.

if you have an exisitng spoiler on the ESI, then you need to weld the holes shut before putting on the other one. After that, you need to drill new ones for eclipse wing.

Is it possible to just get a new rear hatch with the turbo wing already on it, and just bolt that back on? If so would that be a little cheaper? If you remove the spoiler, and put a new one on, you have to weld holes shut, apply new spoiler, and paint it.
