Motor consists of eagle/ross setup 8:3:1 CR, billet 6765 T3 .82 hotside, JMF SMIM, 3" IC piping, ebay IC, stock TB, stock ignition, stock head, BC 288/288 cams, walbro 255 intank feeding a bosch 044 inline, FIC 1450s.

The car did lean out on the top end around 7800rpms notice the dip in power and torque it did knock a little on that run. Boost was set too 32psi on E85, I did run out of fuel at 32psi, IDC's was 106%, base fuel pressure was set way too low (38psi) if I had more time on the dyno I would of liked to tried a higher base pressure to give the 1450s more breathing room but I had to play the hand I was dealt with, I was already at the shop on the dyno past there closing time so I felt kinda bad. The room temp. the dyno was in was 99 DEGREES!!! Overall im real happy with the cars performance, its not the greatest spooling turbo in the world BUT IT DOES WORK GOOD for FWD. Keep in mind on the street it spools quicker then on the dyno , spool time does not really bother me all too much though, it pulls like a raped ape on the topend, therotically should trap over 140mph, but well see. Enough talking heres the dyno graph.

thats badass man. Way more left in it with more injector.

You using an injector driver? Im looking to run some FIC 1850s with a FJO driver, and would like to trap 145+ awd on E85.

Im actually a tester for the new injector driver box coming out by FIC, this was done on 1450cc injectors at a stock base fuel pressure of 38psi, Im going to be bumping up the base pressure to around 50psi and try and run 40psi within the upcoming weeks. Plans include 750whp utilizing the stock fuel system feed and return lines, single plate clutch, stock ignition, head, cam gears etc. Gotta love this E85 stuff, works wonders.

Good job man, when are you going back to the dyno?

Miguel I keep running into issues with my alternator. I want to go back to the dyno soon and reach my 750whp goal. I will keep you guys posted for sure.;)

What plugs and gap are you running? On a 37r I am running 30psi on Q16 and making about the same power.

Good stuff any way you cut it.

Absolutely amazing:applause: Pretty simple setup (if that's possible) from what it sounds like. All that power with near 100 degree temps.OMG A little more fuel combined with some lower temps and look out:sneaky:

nice results.i cant wait to get my 6765 to the dyno.is that a ball bearing turbo?

N, its just the standard journal bearing unit.

The plugs are gapped down to .019, stock coil, ngk BPR8ES and NGK wires.

Actually planning to make 700+whp in a couple of weeks, soon as the new suspension arrives and I find some free time to install it.

Great numbers bro! Putting it down for us FWD DSM owners.

I am impressed with your hp numbers, but am I the only one who finds your torque numbers a little TOO low???

Well I guess since it's a F.W.D., low torque isn't as significant as it would be in an A.W.D. car, but none the less it's still important in my opinion.

Torque numbers were kept significantly low for a purpose. I locked timing at 14degrees peak, nomore then 14* was had when making 649whp. I kept it that low for a reason, one being I was utilizing an ACT2600 + street disk I didnt want the clutch to start slipping. Keeping timing low, kept the torque numbers low. Clutches are rated to hold tq capacity not really horsepower so the car was able to actually "hold" the power the car made, this posed another problem. The other problem I experienced was the street disc wouldnt want to shift at high rpm, it dragged way too much, this clutch disk was replaced with an clutchnet solid hub 4 puck race disc which is working great and letting me shift at 9000 rpms. If your a tuner and understand what role timing plays in making horsepower specially E85, you'd know how much power is actually left in this setup...:thumb:

14 degrees peak timing on e85? Yeah, that setup has a lot left.

That does actually explain a lot. Thanks

Im not really a tuner, but I do understand the timing and the E85......

Thats why I asked in the first place though, it seemed like you DID have a lot of power left in that set-up.

Once again, congrats on those big numbers!
