dyno question?

So i want to know, is there a difference on a 2nd gear pull vs 3rd pull? Not only on whp also the
Tune. Yes i do know dyno tune/pulls must be done in 3rd because is closer to the 1:1 relation gear, i'm just curious about it.

Your not gonna go very fast in 2nd gear, it's short. And honestly in my opinion i think 3rd and 4th gear pulls are the most important to tune on since those will be used going through the traps in the 8th and 1/4 mile. Usually at the highest load you wanna make sire everything is good instead of tuning 2nd and guessing 3rd and 4th are tuned properly.

Yes there is. You can knock in 3rd and not second and 4th and not 3rd. You need to do 3rd and fourth pull for tge highest loads. To see if your heat soaking and other things.
