Ive been looking around and to me for the price of a true 3in turboback system these two are the best. My question is now which one? They both have the exact same bend pattern and structurial material. The DSS is $700 for the turboback and the VRS is $650 for turboback. Anyone have any input with these?

add in the price of shipping and figure out wich one is cheaper. Get that one.

shipping is going to be about the same on both. VRS has flat rate shipping via UPS as you can see on their site. I dont know how long DSS takes, but VRS ships exhausts out sometimes within as little as 2 business days, usually a MAX of 5 business days.

Im not concerned about the price.I just want the best 3in system.

I have the vrs turbo back, I couldn't be happier with it! It has a great sound but not real loud on idle. I ordered mine and had it in like a week, I have tried other exhausts on dsm's I have had the only other one I liked more is Buschurs. But for the price difference if I ever get another dsm I will use them again :thumb:

I understand. The best system for horsepower will be straight as possible, every bend increases flow resistance. If they are of same material and build then by alll means, the cheapest one would be the "BEST ONE" in my humble opinion.

how would the apexi n1 down pipe and catback stack up. i remeber reading a article a couple years ago where they dynoed a 92 awd dsm with the apexi setup and got 30whp. That seems pretty damn good to me.

my friends have had the apexi n1 downpipes. total garbage IMO. necks down all over, its just coated mild steel. The flex sections are very small and very weak.

I first read about the Apex'i N1 and they claim "least amount of bends" but as soon as I saw it I was like WTF I looked at the hks hi-power and it looked like a better choice, however for a turbo back you could get one made with only two bends one for the down pipe and another that goes under the rear diff :thumb:
