What are the differences and pros and cons of DSMLink vs Greddy E-Manage :talon:

2nd that, I had the SAFC/ pocketlogger combo, then added a translator then jumped on the DSMlink wagon. Its amazing how much easier the car is to drive. On race fuel and 23 PSI witht eh 580s, I was seeing 23 degrees of timing top of 3rd SAFC was like -48, now with the link and same setup minus SAFC I see 16, and add as required with the timing sliders. The dis-able checks on CEL (does not make them read pass just not ready) is awesome when running emmiosons since they only check ODB-II by hooking up no roll test and I can have 3 not readies. So as long as the constant tests run I pass.

Plus the logging is so fast I never run out of things to loga nd the sample rate is amazing compared to my old pocketlogger. I am also FWD and a trubo SX dual stage can be wired into the wiring for the FPR soleniod and use the nitrous controls to toggle high/ low boost based off of RPM, speed, knock, ect. Talk about kick ass. Just my $0.02.

just realized your profile sayd NT is that correct? If so then the link will have to be wired into your car. So it would be a lot of custom work, but they already had 2G DSM link in a 1G (and 1G dsm link is also available) as well as a few EVO 8s with 2G DSMlink wired in. So it coud be done but if your NT stick to a piggy back. it would make your life MUCH easier.

Agreed. You might want to search next time. I think this has been asked over 5 times this week alone!!!! If you are nt, read more, because dsmlink is not for you.

Well actually i just got a 91 TSI AWD, so thats why i was asking, i thought i had it switched on my profile
