Hey guys, I haven't made a post in awhile so I really didn't know which sub-forum would be appropriate...

I ordered an ISC and o-ring from them, but I'm having trouble contacting them.

Every time I email the address listed on there website, I always get a follow up email saying there was a deliver failure, so I don't think they are getting my messages.

Does anyone happen to know a better way to contact them?
I should mention that I've also tried PM'ing him through this site.

I dont know maybe they aren't in business anymore, Looks like the last headline/update was June 1, 2007 things dont work out you can always file a claim with paypal about it.

I did a quick google search and found people had bought from them in April and June and said they received the part. Also lot of posts saying slow email responses.

Yeah, I read that post where someone asked if they were legit. That was earlier this year, maybe two-three months ago.

I don't want people to get the impression that I'm trying to say they are bad, and not a legit company, I am just trying to find a more effective way to communicate with them.

I have sent emails, but they all come back with a 'service failure' notification stating that the message could not be sent.

Quite the contrary.

They are still up and running strong. Apparently there was a mix up with my ISC.

He responded to my email jut a few minutes ago.

I don't think that DSMISC.com is a full time occupation, so it took him a bit longer to answer my email.

Regardless, everything is on the up and up. Thanks for the help guys.

I ordered mine over there, and got my isc pretty quick. They still ship out the part.

Thanks for the support- to answer some concerns (above) here is what is going on-

I've been doing a lot of traveling for my job and don't always have immediate email access. Also, the old host provider for dsmisc.com is still sending out forwarding emails saying I'm not getting your emails. But, I get every one through my new host. So bear with me on the email issue if you get one of these automaticly generated erroneous emails.

For the last month I've been running low on ISCs due to demand. Always happens this time of year. We get regular stocking shipments about once a month, had to double that recently. But we are very much in business and ship as soon as we have stock. Have a few right now and will be receiving re-stock shipment next week.

And to respond to EriClipse- Yes, a paving company is there. And other businesses too. And no, dsmisc is not shady!

SO, Except for the above, business as usual.

I ordered from this place on september 24th its now oct 11 I have no ISC, have called 3 times and sent 5 emails and received no response, no shipping or tracking information. 2-3 day shipping my ass. this company is shady do not order from them.

Gentlemen,

For the last three months, we had very few ISCs to ship. Keep in mind these units are not being manufactured anymore. So we can't guarantee that they will always be available going forward. No problems expected for at least the next few months.
