Hey guy's I'm new to your forum just seeing whats up.
I used to own a non-turbo 1994 eclipse this last summer, I ended up selling it ( I wish I never did) I plan on buying another DSM this summer but this time around I'm getting a five speed turbo.
I was just wondering about some general information about DSM's:

Whats generally faster a 1stgen DSM or 2ndgen DSM ?
I know that 1st gens had a problem with smoking around 100k does this happen with 2nd gens?
Has any body raced a WRX or STI ?
Whats better a AWD or FWD turbo? I have heard that stock to stock the FWD is faster because it's lighter, but is it worth losing that off the line jump?

Personally i would never give up my AWD...
