Drivetrain differences from 92-93 talon?

I've got a 92 tsi AWD that I am getting back on the road (stock motor had some metal in the pan, oil pump gear was off the correct timing mark so I wonder if it chunked a BS bearing... but that's another story for another day...)

Here's what I'd like to know. Both cars are M/T AWD cars, are there going to be any differences in the transmissions, gearing in the front and rear diff, etc, that will stop me from using parts from both cars? Right now I'm planning on using the Transmission and front diff out of the 93 for the 92, with the stock 92 4-bolt rear. Both cars had 6-bolt motors, btw.
