It appears as though my driver side axle is entering the transmission slightly crooked and not all the way into the transmission. It's causing the axle to push against the back side of the seal and leaving a gap on the front side of the seal, so yes, a gear oil leak.

I'm almost 100% certain the transmission is mounted tight on the block, no gaps anywhere. I've double and triple checked.

I have Torque Solutions mounts all the way around. I've removed all but the driver side mount individually and saw no visible shift in the way the motor is sitting. I haven't tried removing the driver side mount yet.

I also have a Jay Racing 1g alternator relocation kit. I'm thinking the piece that replaces the a/c bracket could be a bit too thick, causing the carrier to sit too far out on the block, but the second bolt goes in just fine and looks like it's allowing the carrier to sit flush with the block, as I would expect. It does however look like the axle is coming out of the carrier at a slight (barely noticeable) angle. I would expect it to come straight out of the carrier.

Has anyone here had any issues with the Torque Solutions mounts or the Jay Racing alternator relocation kit like this? What else should I be looking at that would cause the axle to not go in all the way or be crooked?

Thanks!
