drag radial info

I just started looking into a set of drag radials, and I was wondering if you guys (with FWD) could give me some info on them. How much did they help the traction issue, where did you get them, how much were they, etc. Any info would be great. Thanks in advance.

Ok, I found a place that sells some BF Goodrich drag radials. https://www.tiresavings.com/tireShop.php?action=findMan2&tirename=G+Force+T%2FA+Drag+Radial&season=Regular
I need ones that fit 17 inch wheels, so my question is will the 225/45/17 fit our cars (my current tires are 215).
