Downpipe touching tranny

I have a 3inch downpipe and a evo3 o2 elbow and a 16g on a 1g with all that my downpipie is touching the transmission. Anyone else run into this problem? I am just worried that it's heating up my tranny fluid. If anyone have run into this problem what did you do about it? Should i worry about it?

dont worry about it.

Mine likes my transfer case but we are good in these parts still.

You may get some rattling sound from them hitting. Use some exhaust wrap if you're worried at all.
