I'm looking to buy a apex i n1 down pipe and exhaust for my 1990 gsx i was wondering if my car was going to become ridiculously loud? also if any body has and sound clips of this setup on any car i would love to hear them.

I dont know, but I can give you feedback from my exhaust.
Mines have a little buzz to it at idle. I really notice loudness when I get in boost

i have the n-1 downpipe and the n-1 3" cat back on my 1g... to me its probably one of the better exhaust notes ive heard... quiet at idle, sounds good at revs, and really picks up when you hit boost.. its not the loudest exhaust out there but you can definatly hear it going down the road... on the highway the exhaust isnt loud enough to drive you crazy either like them darn hondas that drive by ... i highly recomend apexi...

Don't buy the Apexi Downpipe, it's mild-steel and will rust out. The cost of stainless downpipes have gotten cheaper over the years and mild-steel outdated. Go to
pure-tuning.com and they have one for 225.00 made of stainless. No it won't sound loud it will sound very good with a good exhaust.

I have a pacesetter down pipe. fits great and is ceramic coated. way more quality tham the manifold. check them out.

i would agree dont buy n1 to me they look like sh!t ive seen the pace setter and i fell in love it realy nice i have a custom made maderl bent on mine with 3" flex from summit racing my down pipe coust me 110 with tax sounds great with my set up

hey i got the apex n1 with the gt down pipe but when i hit boost at 4500 rpm the exhaust
will start to studder and idea what is going on???
