down pipe

I have a 97 gsx with a Greddy Power Extreme exhaust with a custome high flow cat. Is there a down pipe that will bolt on to this exhaust that will allow me to use my high flow cat. Also I just put on a t-28 cause the t-25 crapped out. What would the next basic performance mod I can do to really use the potential of the t-28. (I already have 3' exhaust, high flow cat, bov, and intake tube)

Im not sure if theres a down pipe that will let you use your high flow cat but you should really start on fuel upgrades.I would at least leave boost alone until you do.
