Does the megan racing down pipe fit on an apex n1 exhaust?

Yes. Both parts go to the stock location of the rear flange of the cat. I.E. the dp will bolt to a stock catback, and the Catback will bolt to a stock downpipe with cat.

Thanks I'm going to remove the cat all together cause it's clogged.

Yes it will fit. I ran the same setup on my last car which was a 97 GS-T. Sounds Great!
