so i have a 2.5in downpipe with cat delete and a 3in catback. i didnt pass inspection because of the cat. so yesterday i was goin around from shop to shop and i found a 3in downpipe with high flow cat that came off another 1g GSX. the guy wanted to get rid of it so he sold it 2 me for 75 bucks! my question is how will the 3in cope with my little 14b turbo? is this too big? i mean i couldnt pass up the deal just no sure if its the best setup right now until i go bigger turbo. thanks!

Is your o2 housing ported or do you have an external wastegate?

If no, you will probably creep and knock

I run a 3" a'pexi downpipe+catback on my 14b and have no problems whatsoever! It runs amazing like so so I really don't think you'll have any problems.
