Tried a lot of ways, but How to get these round black nuts off so I can take off this part. I need to paint the panel~Thanks!

Use a pair of pliers to spin the black nuts off. The other side has a hex on it, and it's easy to use a socket to put them back on.

Second photos: That would run to the factory amp, or at least it did at some point.

As stated, get them with a pair of pliers. But be careful, the plastic tab it is spun on to likes to break off.

Wow all them times I had my door panel off and I never noticed that
