Doesnt coast well

When I am driving and let off the gas my car slows down really quickly. Say im goin 55 and the second i take my foot off the pedal, I slow down to 45 within 2-3 seconds. I have no idea what it is and im not driving into the wind. I just had my front hubs replaced but it was by a professional mechanic. Im losing alot of mpg also. Any ideas? All feedback is appreciated. Thanks a billion.

Maybe you have a brake issue.. caliper hanging up. Jack your car up and go to each wheel and try to spin them.
