Does the brake booster matter when upgrading brakes?

I got a 1 1/16'' master cylinder off V6 3g eclipse and i saw that it had different brake booster. While mine looks like a pancake, the 3g one is more bubbled up and I also notice it had different number on it. It said #32 and mine says 42.

Just curious about it. Is it going to make any difference in pedal feel?
