Do they make gauge mounts like these for the 2G?

They make some but I don't think they have any that flow with the dash, the 1g has a flat portioned dash so it is easier to do universal parts. Your main options are either vent bezels, guagepod bezels, Apillar bezels, bottom din radio bezels, or some custom install with fiberglass or custom mount. My favorite for a nice look is the guagepod bezels. Look around in the gallery and get some ideas. good luck :thumb:

If you can settle for two gauges, this is one of the more tidy setups:

There was another that was either like Mickey Mouse ears, or frog eyes, which went on top of the instrument cowl, but it may be that it's retracted itself back into the swamp and I've not heard of anyone who'll be missing it.

And there are those hearty souls who think life can continue without face A/C vents and put gauges in there, but their brains are obviously overheated from the choice.

It's not easy to make extra gauges functional as well as aesthetic. There's usually a trade-off.

you can do what ill be doing later on, take out the cigarette lighter and put a 2 1/16 gauge in there.

of course i dont smoke, so it has no use for me, other than acting as a power source for all the other gauges(since the ring comes on with the outside lights).

other than the Pillar Pods or the Gauge Bezel Pods youre choices are pretty limited. if you live anywhere where it gets hot, doing the Vent Bezel thing is crazy. plus its not really in youre field of vision like a bezel or pillar pod are. you want all your most important gauges(boost, egt, tach, speedo) right in front of you, in your direct field of vision. all other places can be other stuff(oil pressure, volt, water temp, fuel pressure, etc) thats not needed for a quickie stoplight race.
