muffler or cat back system that doesnt make any sound(like stock) or makes very little sound when on the throttle?

THere's a number of companies that make aftermarket exhaust for our cars, it's amzing! :D j/k you should check out HP racing's line. I have one on my NT, and plan on putting one on my GST. It's just as quiet if not quiter than stock with the silencer in, without the silencer it's still fairly quiet unless you get on it.

HP, maganaflow and Greddy, I definately have some research to do. I used to have a 300zx with Greddy PE(no resonator) and it sounded nice, just a little too loud for my taste. I raced a guy with a greddy catback today and again it was nice but a bit too loud. Not sure if he had resonators on it. I have have heard nothing but good things about magnaflow and they're realatively cheap. Too bad they dont have any sound clips for our cars on their site.

Thanks for the replies

anyone else care to comment?

Greddy Evo is quiet from what I've heard. Nothing can be quieter than stock, unless you want a restricted free flowing exhaust using a silencer.
