direction of cat!!

alright, does it matter which way the cat goes on? i know which side is the top it clearly states it, but it doesnt say which side is front or bac left or right...im only confused because of the little "pipe" that comes out the bottom of the cat. does it matter which side the pipe sticks out on? thanx for any help guys!

little pipe that sticks out? it really shouldn't matter on a universal cat which direction it faces, just as long as the filter and material inside can catch the stuff coming out of the exhaust.

i cant say what that nob is bro, but one end of your cat should be larger than the other.. not sure cause i dont have a stock exhaust nor a cat and dont remember very well..
