Difference between T25 and 14B wg actunator?

No, it will not work. :thumbdown The two actuators mount up completely different. If you really wanted to, you could adapt it to fit, but it is much easier and will be cheaper to just pick up a used actuator.

What about the springs inside.... Are they the same???

You would destroy the unit in taking it apart for the spring, but from what I have seen they are slightly different. Based on the fact that the 14b runs a slightly lower boost than a t25 when controlling boost solely with the WG actuator, I would say the 14b has a stiffer spring. I have never bothered to check out the springs themselves, but I have run both turbos without any boost contoller in between the WGA and a boost source.
