Did a Compression Check

Did a compression check today and got these numbers starting from left cylinder;
185-180-170-180

Should i be worried about the 3rd?

its not so bad to worry, do a leakdown test in each cylinder and see where youre losing it, and go from there if youre truly concerned,
but no personally i wouldnt be worried about that 170psi

new 2g's are at 178psi and the service limit is 133. I think i just got a carbon build up that y its pass 178, how do i rid of the carbon build up? oh my car at 150k.

mccc, mpar cumbustion chamber cleaner, good stuff apparently, but as i understand it, can be a delicate procedure getting it all out off there.
