I have been dealing with Devo Tuning since Adam was working out of TAD. Unfortunatly for new customers, there is a core group of repeat customers that take priority and not only because they have spent a large amount of money but It is also because they can count on them to repeat their business with them and only them in most cases. They don't have to worry about them running off to another shop due to price or time availability. This core customer base also seems to help them with some aspects of their business outside of the shop in each of their own ways from running the web site to being their tire distributor or just helping around the shop while waiting for their cars sometimes. Don't be discouraged though when Adam doesn't answer his phone. Try to call back later or on another day. If you have some kind of tech question, check this site first. There are alot of smart people that have probably been though what you have a question about. If you still can't find the answer, then call. This is not a large shop but their employee numbers are starting to increase but Adam tends to be a controll freak and has yet to let his staff take any of the burden off his shoulders so things tend to run a little slower there.
