Depressing car problems...need advice

Lately my car has just not been running the way it should , I don't know what is wrong with it. When I tach it out , it just feels like it stops pulling past 5k rpms ...no stuttering or anything that I can feel. My friends GST with a small 16g , i/c piping , bov , mbc set at 10psi , d/p & exhaust walks me out when im on 10psi too. It's really starting to piss me off.

My plug wires look like crap , so I ordered a new set last week and should be in tomorrow afternoon. I'm hoping that it's just the plug wires. I still have some of the factory i/c piping couplers on my piping ...could it just be a boost leak messing me up ?

I just want to hear ideas on what would be making the car not run to its potential ..could I be running too low of boost to be in my turbos efficiency ? I know that overboosting a turbo makes it ineffective , does it work like that if you underboost it ?

I just need some ideas on what could be messing me up because it's really got me down :/

is this a new problem? has it always been this way? are you still on the T-25?

To tell the truth I don't think the car has ever been running right since I've gotten it. Have the super 16g on it right now...I've replaced a bad mass air sensor , and fixed a blown coupler in the fender well where the sidemount was but I've got the frontmount on it now but I had to use some crap couplers...hopefully its just another boostleak :/ Gonna go do the test tomorrow.
