Deal on wheels, but they have different offsets

Hey guys, I have stock 95 GSX. Been looking for wheels for a while now. My tires are really close to being bald. Just found a deal on some Motegi Traklites for under $1000. They are 17x8, and I was planning to run some 235/45/17 (if you have any suggestions for good tires on a budget, i'm cutting it close with these traklites). But the wheels will come with two different offsets. Two will be 42mm and two will be 45mm, I didn't see anything up here about having two different offsets on the car. I checked the motegi site and saw only the 45 mm offset with our bolt pattern and I sent off an e-mail to the seller asking him the details on the wheels but I am posting here just in case they are what they are. Are there any problems running two different offsets?

Put the 45 offset wheels on the rear. There is less room in the rear and 235s are pushing it with those offsets. I run a 235 tire with a +42mm offset and I had to roll the rear fenders.
