Dash and Cluster bulbs???

I've been searching for a while now and haven't come up with anything so I figured I'd just ask. My heater control lights and a few of my switches and buttons have gone out. I thought it was a wiring problem at first but I think I've traced it back to just some burned out bulbs. I've been searching for replacement bulbs but haven't found anything but found some threads on Led replacements. The only thing I didn't find was what type of led to use and what resistors to use with them if I go this route. I would rather just replace th bulbs but if I can't find them I'll try the leds if I can get some help with gathering the part needed.

Im not sure about the answer, but the same lights are out on my 99. So if anyone knows the bulbs for them on the 2g or if they are different that would be cool.

Did you check the fuses?
A bad bulb wont stop your switches from working.

No the switches all still work they just don't light up anymore.

Mine are also burnt out. I took the cluster apart to determine what bulbs I needed; they are some really small bulb that I haven't been able to find at the auto parts store or at Radio Shack. My advice would be to just replace them with LEDs and never worry about them again.

Unless they are wired in parallel this is true. Not sure about our cars but some dash lights in cars are wired in series, or series-parallel, or parallel . One bulb goes out, they all go out(series). In a series-parallel if the bulb wired in series goes out the entire circuit goes out, however if a bulb in the same circuit wired in parallel goes out, they all should be fine.
If the circuit is completely wired in parallel, one load(or bulb) goes out, the rest will work no matter what unless there is an open.
