1G Cutting power when getting into boost

1990 Eagle Talon TSi. When driving went to accelerate and as I got into boost car fell flat on its face with no power when I came to a stop was running rough. Having trouble idling. When turned back on runs ok as long as you stay out of boost, was able to drive it home that way no problem. Any ideas, or were to start.

Checked for a boost leak and there wasn't one.

Any mods done to the car?

After a boost leak test the next thing would be to throw in some new spark plugs and wires. Hard to tell from the short video clip but it kinda sounded like ignition break up.

How did you check? If you say visual that won't cut it.
