i wanna cut my front bumper cause i hate getting a huge front mount and then having half of it blocked by the bumper. i've seen earlier dsms doing it, but i haven't seen ANY 93-94 guys doin it. only way i can think of doing it is to just cut a couple of holes in the front bumper. but i'd prefer to do it like the 90-92 guys. anyone have some pics/ideas of a way to do it that would look good?

thanks man, i've actually seen his car long ago and that's what gave me the idea of cutting holes. was just wondering if anyone else has done anything else though cause i wanna get as much airflow as possible. i'd enlarge the opening like most people do, but don't think it'd look as good on mine with the way the front bumpers are on 93-94 talons  just looking at all options....

its '92-'94 that have the same bumpers, '90-'91 have pop-up headlights, but ya cutting the bumper makes the car look mean as hell.

oh okay. 92-94 then. oops. but still wanna come up with something. having the slanted parts in the bumper (if you know what i mean) in there and then cutting a hole that goes in the opposite direction might just make it look dumb. so gotta come up with something.

looks good, I say just start by cutting out a shape with paper and taping it to the car until you find something you like, then tape it down and drill out from there.

yeah, that look is something i wanted to stay away from. don't like the <===> look. if it were more like /===\ as the earlier models do when they cut em, i'd be happy. if you understand what i'm trying to type. i may just go with something such as what artictsi did but just make the holes a heck of a lot bigger. hmmm.....
