cut out exhaust

hey i'm new to dsm's in general and i'm lookin at the 3inch set ups for the my exhaust, but i dont rele wanna hastle with cops soo i am lookin at cut outs, does anybody have these? and specificly the ones that are spring activated and cut out when there is boost, i can't think of the company right now. and i will be getting a 3 inch dp, and also what about the 02 or the exhaust elbow, is this neccessary as well? thanz.

ive got a few honda buddies running them, some have had great results other setups have actually broken. Such as the flapper getting stuck open or close, or coming apart completly. The only thing i can see dificult with it would be tunning, im assuming youd tune it with it open, but would that change conditions when it closes?

When I get my next DSM (1gAWD) I plan to install only a 3" DOWNPIPE and leve the rest of the exhaust stock. and have a 3" cutout.. after awhile the loud exhaust gets annoying. to me anyways.
