Curbed rims

So when I was putting my car on the trailer my rims got curbed scratched and was wonder if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix it besides painting or send the rims off and getting them professionally fixed.

Not sure how sever your rash is but there are a bunch of different methods--a few on youtube and on other forums.
