Crazy Engine Swap

Has anyone completed a Evo swap into a 2gnt? I know that the V-VIII engine has the same setup as the 2gnt. As for the transmission, Can the 2g 4g63 FWD trannyor 1g 4g63 bolt on the Evo motor since the two motors are very similiar? Or the tranny will not fit? If these trannys can not fit, : then what will besides the AWD?
