engine swap wiring

heres what ive done: i pulled the engine and trans out of a wrecked 95 eclipse gs(build date july of 95) to put into a 95 talon esi(build date jan.95)...i have every thing in my talon but the crank sensor had a diff connector then what was on the talon harness..it was a 3 pin small round type of plug in and on the talon harness was more square like.....also the speed sensor had a diff plug in...it had me confused ### it matched up with the crank sensor connector..so i struggled to get the last connector to reach down to the crank but never reached and saw even if i got it there it wouldnt plug in...but i had an extra crank sensor from my old talon engine and it matched with the connector on the harnnes so thats fixed....but now my speed sensor???????it also has a square like plug in but the last connector on my harnnes is a 3 pin slim oval type plug.........what should i do?????? sorry if i wrote an essay.......

Either use the correct sensor for the plug, or cut off the plug and solder on a new one to use your current sensors.

Mitsubishi/Chrysler switched to another connector style mid-model year, that's all.
