traction was so good it bogged launching at 4000rpms.

after this i let my newbie friend who had never tried driving my car give it a run, and he dumped the clutch and let the car wheelhop until 2nd gear which broke my transmission.
oh well, tranny is pretty much the only part of my powertrain that was still original (95,000 miles). probably time for a new one, most likely one with a bmtranny lsd insert.

I clicked on this link because i though maybe your white/blue smoke might be coming out of your exhuast like mine "valve seals probobaly" and i thought maybe you'd found the fix. To my suprise it was a tireroast fest. Man sometimes i wish i could do that, than i remind myself, if your peeling out, your not going as fast but your tires are. :laugh:

What am I doing wrong to get money for my DSM? If this happened to me I would be loading my pants with bricks freaking out how to get denaro to fix this. How do ya'll buy this stuff?

i dont think (wishful thinking) the tranny is ####ed up enough to warrant getting a new one, so ill just pull it apart, fix whatever's wrong, then throw the insert in it.

doesnt cost much if you do your own labor...and im thinking there's going to be a lot involved...stupid tranny.

The only way my car can do that right now is, if I was to pull the wheels off and poor lighter fluid on them and light them on fire....
