Thank you for posting! I kinda know what it is but I'm wondering the same thing and everytime I search the forums I only find people talking about it but never an explanation.

Basically the crank moves around and eats into the block.

Yea .. all 7 bolts get it too.

It's played out .. but all it is is the crank begins to get excessive play and tears into the block making basically the entire bottom end useless. If you catch it in time you can get away with minimum repairs.
