Hello! I was searching on the forum but i didn't found anything clearly, I have a 95' GST the engine crank but i don't have spark, I changed Coils and ECU. I tested the Power transistor and its ok, also tested the CAS seems to be working perfectly, with key on +12v on red wire, continuity to ground and +5v then when i crank the engine the voltage varies from 1.5v and 3v (Works perfect) Now the Crank sensor I have the same voltage with key on, +12v ground and +5v but when i crank the engine the voltage goes down only to +4.8v and stay there without any variety (The range is +0.4v - +4v) So I dont know if this is the problem, the difference is only +0.80v. Any suggestion?

Thanks very much.

Make sure the CAS behind your intake cam gear is not broke or have any oil on it when i had oil on mine it did not start. I cleaned it off with brake cleaner and just let it air dried. Then a month later I broke it. Also make sure the wires dont have a cut into it from the cam gear.

just wondering. but have you checked for spark coming out of the new coil? do you have a spark tester?

Yes i did, but with a screwdriver hehe I dont have a spark tester.

The CAS is working perfectly, I think the problem is the CPS because there is no voltage variety while cranking engine, just 0.20v (4.8v) I did this test btw
