Compression #'s Need Help!

Ok so I ran a compression test today on my talon tsi and im wondering what the hell is goin on my numbers were 150-150-147-90 Is 90 really bad or ok or what? What should i do? The car is pretty much all stock, and i was wondering how would my motor be with boostin at 15 or 16psi?

Uh, 90 is bad considering all the others are 150 (or very close).

Indicates possibly a cracked head (between valves), or a broken ring (in which case it would probably be smoking like a freight train).

You probably need to dig into it.

Make sure you did the test correctly. Do a wet test and repost numbers.

As oldman said, do a wettest and see if it changes. But yea, 14 psi difference is the maximum allowed by the book... So it's bad. You most certainly have a problem be it valve, ring, gasket, etc...
