Compression question?????

I have a compression question, i was trying to start my car today and it would only crank over but won't start,so i did a compression test and it was at zero,I dont get it, i just recently redid my head with a full rebuilt,oem timing belt,balanceshaft belt,oem composite headgasket,all the timing componets including the tensioner/harmonic balancer & 2 other pulleys which are oem mitsu.I had my car running for 2 months, running great with 180 compression across the borad what can cause this?????Please help

No compression at all means the valves aren't opening and closing.

Check to see if the it's still in time. May have jumped time and bent some valves.
