Cold Air Intake and MAS problem

Hey,

Im looking into getting a weapon R cold air intake for my 91 NT Laser 2.0, but i was wondering what i would do with the MAS, does it go in the new intake, do i disable it or.... I really am new to this any help will be helpful.
