fuel pressure solenoid, sounds like the solenoid has gone out, the easiest way to get around this is plug the vacuum line right into your FPR and let the solenoid hag there with no hoses connected to it.

The fuel pressure solonoid is attached via vac. hose to the fuel pressure regulator and the intake manifold. Make sure its still electronically connected and the vac hoses are well attached.

The fuel pressure solenoid is the one on the far right, it has the vac hose on the top and bottom.

TO TEST. Disconnect the electirical connection to the FPS and the vaccuum line coming out of it (leave the one from the intake manifold). With the car running, check the vaccuum at the open port. Then run +/- wires from your battery directly to the FPS. If the vaccuum changes, the FPS is working properly and the problem lies somewhere else.
