Hi,

I am planning on doing a clutch install and an bm lsd install this weekend. Besides the fluids and OEM TOB, is there anything else I should change while I'm in there? I heard of people changing out the clutch release fork, but I was wondering if I really need to do that. Thanks

It depends on what yours looks like when you pull it out. If it looks worn or questionable then replace it. My suggestion it to buy it and the pivot ball and take em back if you don't use them. Make sure you check the angle of the fork before you bolt everything down again, I blew a freshly rebuilt tranny that way and it's not fun.

had another question. I just got all my parts today, and I was looking at the throw outr bearing. I was about to throw it away because it was a nachi bearing but then I noticed that the inner part of it was plastics while the outer part of it was metal. Is this usable? I heard the only reason why the nachi bearing was unusable was because without the plastic sleeve it chewed up the input shaft. If it has this sleeve around the bearing, it should be usuable right? Any input is appreciated. Thanks
