What is signs of a bad clutch?

What is a nice clutch that isnt the most expensive on the market?

I just fully rebuilt my trans and put double synchros in 1-3 but first still grinds when its cold and third is hard to get into gear.

Have you tried adjusting the Master Cylinder, and is it bled good.

If the tranny is rebuilt, then something is going on with the clutch, unless they sucked at rebuilding it.

And a clutch going bad won't make the tranny grind, it'll usually just slip really bad when you get on it.

If i adjust it will it fix the grinding? Maybe the guys that did the rebuild sucked at adjusting it, or bleed it i didnt do it i had a shop do sychros cause ill never touch transmit ion problems

A Proper adjustment may resolve your grinding issue.

What that grinding noise signifies is that the transmission internals are still in motion while you're trying to get into a specific gear. This is USUALLY caused by a bad syncro... but in your case it's 100% a dragging clutch, which means when you press the clutch in, it's not fully disengaging from the flywheel and the transmission assembly is still slowly rotating.

With a proper bleed, cylinder adjustment, and a little luck, you can correct this. The above posted video will explain, a great deal, how to do this.
