Alright ever since i have got this car i have always had to push the clutch peddle all the way to the floor to shift or it will grind, now i have bled the thing so many time's,addjusted the the peddle to the max as far as it will go up, have put a new tranny in, clutch master, clutch release cylinder, flywheel, and clutch and still the same thing any ideas??

Have you adjusted the push rod that goes to the master cylinder? That should adjust so you don't have to engage your clutch all the way at the floor.

Here is a big write up that should help you. This user decided to replace the assembly, I just took mine out, And had the rod welded to the assembly, Eliminating any chance of this happening again. It didn't cost me anything, It's just labor(Which I did myself), And having the piece welded(Which I got done for free, But shoulden't cost more then $5.00 if you decide to do this.)

Search for, Clutch pedal assembly, A bunch of threads will show up.

i did my pedal welding but before i install it i wanted to understand why i was doing this i rechecked the movement from the pedal to cluch pump and i see no play, cluch in rod in, while on the car.
also, slave cylinder not leaking, ruber not torn or worn, does move all the way too late, therefore i guess there is pressure on the line. line not leaking, master not leaking, the clutch blead to death clean oil. master not leaking on the pedal side, clean.

i donot want to install in my car if i dont see Y. since it is a major pita.

When I re-welded my pedal assembly, I still had a VERY HARD time getting the car into gear, I mean, It got so bad.. That I coulden't get it in gear at all.. This is a post of mine from another thread, Which will show you what else you could do, Which is much easier. But some said it was just a band-aid of a fix.

" I took my old master cylinder and cut the whole threaded part off, It's about an inch or so long? Then I took a bolt and screwed half of that end into the bolt, And my good master cylinder into the other end. Put one bolt on each of the ''connecting bolt'' to make sure it can't move. Bled it, Went to start it and almost ran my father over because the car flew foward and didn't even start.

Took the piece I cut back off, And cut that in half, Put it back on.. NO FREE PLAY at all. My clutch feels the way an act2600 should again, Maybe even stiffer now? I can't even remember how it useto feel when I first got it put in. I just hafto adjust the master cylinder rod out alittle more because it isn't grabbing until it's almost all the way out.. And if I get on it in 3rd the clutch will slip cause the rod needs adjusting (Got to dark tonite). "

It worked great, And felt great. Then I went to push my clutch in and it never came back up. Unfortunatly my clutch fork snapped in half. This is what I believe was causing the hard shifting. It must have got bent, And bent more once I extended the rod, Until it finally broke. Someone else has done this after I wrote that post, And I have not heard from them yet that it has failed. So i'm not really sure, I've read other people also done this too.
