clutch pedal slugish coming out

Alright, well i'm needing some help. I've had this car for a little over a month. Test drove it, clutch pedal was slow coming back up when you let off of it. I didn't think to much of it because it still grips good. Do you know what would cause my clutch pedal to come back up slow? Clutch engages fine and everything. It just comes up slow when you let off of it. Even if you try to let off it fast, It'll still come up slow. I'd appreciate it if somebody could help.

Is the return spring missing? Maybe the rod is adjusted too far under the dash and the pressure doesn't release properly. I have a 1g, but I assume its roughly the same as a 2g.

Everything seems to be there. I'll make a video of it. Maybe you could get an idea what the problem is.
