o.k....first off, I have a new slave cylinder, master cylinder, clutch and fidanza flywheel. My problem is this...driving around town is fine. but when i drive any distance or drive it hard...the release of the clutch pedal changes to almost nothing. The feel of the pedal is as if it has lost half of the pedal play (i guess thats the best way to explain it) If i let it set for a day or two...and go back to the car it drives fine until i drive distance or hard driving. Please help what on earth is wrong...???   :toobad:

I had a similar problem, everytime I drive hard the clutch pedal pressure will change, in my case though as soon as the car cool off everything will be back to normal.

I fixed the problem by getting a brand spanking new SS clutch line.

Maybe you should try that, unless you already have it and forgot to list it.

well, first off...i had the clutch and flywheel installed lastly and it was by a transmission shop. so i assume they knew what they were doing when they bled the lines. I do have a ss clutch line but I haven't had it installed because i wanted to make sure that i had the everything else working properly...but if thats what needs to be done to fix it...well kewl I'm there...I'll try it next...thanks guys

You would think so. :| The "DSM" shop that did my ACT2600 install two years ago didn't even bleed or adjust it. Basically you're loosing pressure after the fluid heats up, this can very well be related to air in the system and it wouldn't hurt to double check.
