damn car, so i got the new assembly in, and i still cant get the car into gear, here is what has been replaced, master cyl, clutch, flywheel, did the washer under the pivot ball, new clutch pedal assembly obviously and i still cant get the damn thing into gear? what could be the problem? the only thing not replaced is the slave cyl, but it is moving properly so mi not sure if it needs to be replaced? please some guidance would be great... o yea, 1 more thing, i have not filled it with tranny fluid, would that stop it from going into gear? i have to get some tomorrow, but am a little distance away from a gm dealer? was not planning on driving it until i got some in it i just wanted to make sure that it would go into gear?

It should still go in gear with out trans fluid but some trans are picky and yours might be one that wont.

Also how did the not going in gear first start? Was it after you put in the clutch or b4 this whole project?

Only reason i ask is becuase we had the same thing happen with my friends 92 and it came out to the studs that came in the FP kit werent tightend down enough...
